The Villages Health is building a world-class marketing and sales department to spread the word about our exemplary care model, while recruiting new patients to both our primary care centers and specialty care center. We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the team to promote and grow our multi-specialty care services, especially as we get ready to move into The Center for Advanced Health Care in Brownwood.

 Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

 ·      Promote all of The Villages Health specialty care services and grow new patient count.

·      Develop and execute integrated specialty care marketing campaigns, which may include but is not limited to website, email, paid digital, social media, print, direct mail, video and event marketing.

·      Create and maintain search engine optimized copy on the website and campaign landing pages for specialty care. 

·      Send emails for specialty care using MailChimp and other Marketing Automation software.

·      Oversee digital ad campaigns for specialty care using Google Adwords, Bing and other digital ad tools.

·      Oversee direct mail campaigns for specialty care and coordinate with print marketing vendor.

·      Oversee video production efforts for specialty care and coordinate with partner agency.

·      Publish approved social media posts to Facebook and LinkedIn for specialty care. 

·      Plan and execute community events to generate new specialty care leads and patients.

·      Monitor daily, weekly and monthly new patient lead and campaign activity in the CRM.

·      Prepare lead generation and new patient reports for specialty care.

·      Attend weekly meetings and provide ideas for promoting specialty care services.

·      Collaborate with current Marketing Specialist for primary care services and patient service representatives in both the call center and care center to support lead generation and patient growth.

·      Uphold The Villages® and The Villages Health brand standards.

·      Provide ongoing support to the Director of Marketing and Sales.
