Support Technician REQ#4963

Full Time at Technology Solutions Group

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position configures, installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and documents computer software, hardware and peripherals supporting TSG and TSG Customers.  Support Tech’s will be assigned work primarily through ConnectWise ticketing system, in order to best keep track of client needs and services. 

Successful candidate will need to perform the essential functions of the job:

· Oversee the configuration, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of computer products, equipment and software.

· Coordinates the training of facility managers on some aspects of the systems.

· Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.

· Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.  Including, but not limited to:  Active Directory, Desktop and Server Management, Printer installation/configuration/management/repair, and Software deployment and configuration.

· Manages the process of account creation, deletion, and alterations like name change due to marriage or divorce.

· Creates and sets guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

All other tasks within ability and function as directed by Director of Technology Support Operations

 

In order to be qualified for this role, the following is required:

   

This position is subject to the TSG Fleet Safety Program and its

 policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company

 business. Please refer to TSG Fleet Safety Program for the

 policies and procedures that this position is required to follow.

- Bachelor’s degree from college or certification from a technical school; or two to four years related experience

- Prior experience working within a medical environment

 Experience with Project Management Methodology

-Experience with Athena EMR, Welch Allyn Vital Devices, Midmark EKG and spirometer

-General knowledge of network routing and switching
