Part Time at The Villages Sales and Marketing

 

In the spirit of “Making Dreams Come True” an Evening Lobby Host uniquely blends our ‘front and back of the house’ lobby host roles into one. They embody our core value of hospitality; going the extra mile to enhance our guest experience as well as contributing to our ‘behind the scenes’ functioning that make the customer experience look flawless. They act as the friendly and helpful guide that can quickly and comfortably attend to each visitor’s needs while having the knowledge and skill to conduct necessary lobby functions to maintain evening operations. Duties may include opening the door and welcoming guests, receiving and assisting with Lifestyle Preview Plan arrivals and departures, attending to inquiries, making connections with our Sales & Marketing Representatives, and related administrative and organizational tasks that support the operation and maintenance of our lobbies and sales offices. An Evening Lobby Host takes pride in helping maintain a forward-facing customer oriented lobby experience while building a world class working culture behind the scenes. This position is an integral part of the Lobby Host Team.

 Schedule Requirements:

Sunday-Tuesday and Every Other Wednesday:  3:00-9:00PM

OR

Thursday-Saturday and Every Other Wednesday: 3:00-9:00PM

 

Education Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:  No educational pre-requisite.  Must have software computer knowledge to include Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excell

 This position requires strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for The Villages and all it has to offer, a desire to serve and the ability to problem solve in order to handle a variety of variables. Must be able to confidently and effectively communicate with customers, guests and team members.

 $10.00 per hour
