In the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, the top candidate for this position will be responsible for accounts payable data entry, daily deposit data entry and the entry of accounting data in the system and other accounting administrative duties to assist in making the Controller's office run smoothly.  For more information on The Villages Health go to


In order to be qualified for this role, the following is required:

· High School Diploma/GED; some college preferred

· Three to five years accounts payable or bookkeeping work experience required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook

· Prior work experience in accounting software packages

· Ability to collaborate and communicate with employees and vendors

· Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.  Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally 25 to 50 pounds.  Manual dexterity using a calculator and computer on a frequent basis.
