Part Time at Citizens First Bank

Responsible for supporting the job activities of the ATM operations area including troubleshooting and correcting the ATMs to ensure high operational equipment up time. 

Represent Citizens First Bank by providing extreme, plus 1 customer service to both internal and external customers in an efficient and friendly manner either face to face or by telephone. Display a positive demeanor, smile, call the customer by name and thank them for their business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Verify balances at individual ATM machines on assigned route 2. Ensure the ATMs are clean both outside and workspace inside the kiosks 3. Maintain accurate records of cash and stamps for each ATM in assigned route 4. Assist technicians with ATM service related calls 5. Maintain security awareness of surroundings and be alert for suspicious activity 6. Position specific compliance and other trainings as required 7. Other duties as assigne
