Full Time at The Villages

Prepare cash closing packages for New Home Sales customers and follow through until closing occurs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare CASH closing packages utilizing our specialized program as well as utilizing additional software programs.

Send CASH packages out to customers via method requested by customer (email, regular mail or fed ex) and follow up with customer to make sure the package has been received.

Communicate with other departments (accounting, contracts, builders, outside vendors) to obtain missing change orders, certificates of occupancy, builder termite guarantee, etc.

Answer questions from customers on the phone or in person regarding CASH closing documents and assist them in completing information if necessary.

Prepare name addendums as necessary.

Order deeds and title insurance.

Conduct live closings with customers in person or complete mail closings.

Assist in Post-closing procedures including logging of New Homeclosings,balancing incoming funds, disbursment of funds, sending deeds to be recorded, sending recorded deeds and copies of documents to Mail closing customers

Prepare The Villages closing documents for useby Citizen First Bank mortgage closings.

Prepare The Villages closing documents and fee sheets for use by Peninsula Land & Tittle office for "other finance lender" closings

Help to continually update CASH closing manual with changes as they occur.

All other duties as assigned

Monday - Friday 8-5

Education and Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Minimum of one year experience in a customer service oriented office environment

Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word and Excel.

Detail-oriented and multi-tasking team player is essential.

Flexibility with work assignments and schedules.
