Part Time at The Villages Sales and Marketing


A Sales Assistant performs organizational and administrative tasks for one or more licensed real estate professionals with Properties of The Villages; working directly for them. Duties are specific to the representatives but may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing questions, processing documents, creating spreadsheets, preparing comparative market analysis materials, producing reports, scheduling calendars, preparing for appointments & special events in addition to any related duties and tasks that serve a Sales & Marketing Representative’s business needs. Requires strong interpersonal skills, project coordination, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work unsupervised to help produce the ultimate customer experience. Hospitality is a must – being an enthusiastic, loyal ‘supporter’ of Properties of The Villages initiatives.
