Full Time at The Villages

Applies principles of accounting to manage and control accounting data

and prepares various reports by performing the following duties.


Include the following. Other duties may be assigned and all may not

apply to every accounting clerical position.

Daily data verification and reconciliation of daily cash sheets.

Daily preparation and data entry of journal entries.

Telephone back up rotation for department secretary.

Work w/managers to solve cash sheet discrepancies.

Compile checks for deposit.

Updating inventory records through data entry.

Daily data entry to update Excel spreadsheets.


Level 3: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one

to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent

combination of education and experience.
