Performs daily processing of computer files for a variety of systems that interface with Bank’s core processor. Performs daily verification on systems to authenticate processing


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide extreme customer service to both internal and external employees 2. Complete all procedures and tasks required to include: daily processing, transferring files at the end of day to the Core system and Image system 3. Serve as backup to the Nightly Computer Operator in handling evening and end of day procedures for Bankway including all backups, input items, update functions, creating and loading image files, transmitting ATM balance, file input, and beginning of the day functions 4. Reprint any request of reports created during the nightly update 5. Follow-up on any errors relating to Update, Image system and Internet banking system 6. Assist with research inquiries if needed 7. Complete daily check list 8. Performs preventive maintenance on computer equipment 9. Analyze and maintain system 10. Position specific compliance and other trainings as required 11. Other duties as assigned



High school diploma or equivalent required plus one year computer operations experience. Must possess problem-solving skills and computer knowledge for problem resolution. Preferred: Two years computer operations experience in a banking or related environment and operational knowledge of mainframe computers.


Two years as a CSR experience in banking or related environment. Completed CFT courses in consumer and mortgage lending
