Full Time at Hometown Property Manager

This position is responsible for providing good customer service to those guests walking in or calling in. To reflect the professional yet friendly atmosphere of the Residential Property Management (RPM) department.

Successful candidate will need to perform the essential functions of the job:

· Professionally answers incoming calls to Residential Property Management.

· Forward calls to appropriate RPM personnel.

· In a positive demeanor, greet customers and assist them personally or have a RPM staff member assist.

· Read e-mails from and send e-mails to personnel within RPM and other departments.

· Sets up various presentations on the appointments calendar.

In order to be qualified for this role, the following is required:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year experience in reception position.

· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to be flexible in adapting to frequent changes in a rapidly expanding department.

· Demonstrated working knowledge of Word, Excel, and e-mail.

 Hours: Monday– Friday  8:00am—5:00pm

 Rate of pay: $9.00 /hour

 No benefits with this position
