Initiates and coordinates the client relations and operational functions required to effectively implement the goals of Citizens First Wealth Advisors

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Extends Plus 1 service to “A” and “A+” clients, e.g., coordinates all gifts and cards, makes monthly and quarterly follow-up calls, etc.

 2. Greets visiting clients and makes them feel comfortable

3. Processes new accounts, account transfers, new contributions and redemptions and beneficiary changes

4. Executes security transactions

5. Coordinates State, SEC and NASD licensing

6. Identifies and develops new business through new and existing clients by evaluating their needs, current holdings and available investment capital to      help them meet their investment objectives

7. Networks and helps with the continued growth of the department by being part of community events

8. Promotes the firm’s wealth enhancement and planning services

9. Handles compliance issues, to include maintaining Compliance manual, overseeing audits, obtaining advertising approval

10. Develops, mails, and reviews client satisfaction survey

11. Sends quarterly referral letters

12. Coordinates client newsletter including handling production and mailing, ensuring the mailing list is current and coordinates articles and other content

13. Sends meeting update letters

14. Position specific compliance and other trainings as required.


Minimum: High school degree or equivalent required. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Must excel in using a variety of software and online tools. Ability to learn new tasks quickly. Strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to organize and prioritize complex tasks. Must have public relations skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers or the general public. Previous securities industry experience and FINRA Series 7 License required.
