Part Time at Hometown Property Management

The Villages Hometown Property Management Empty Nest program. Communicates and interfaces effectively and professionally with homeowners, neighbors, and service providers. Performs as an ambassador who gathers information, conducts timely home inspections, utilizes intuition, draws from technical expertise and provides services to owners and guests. Position requires that while performing their duties the employee have a telephonic or radio device for immediate contact with the main office.

Successful candidate will need to perform the essential functions of the job:

· Develops a trusting relationship with homeowners, guests, service providers, and Villages teammates in order to effectively promote The Villages, Hometown Property Management and the programs it provides.

· Creates an atmosphere in which all involved can enjoy The Villages lifestyle.

· Performs property inspections of incoming homes and interface with the perspective homeowner.

· Performs continual timely inspections of homes enrolled in the Empty Nest program.

· Communicates with homeowners regarding owner reservations, property condition (interior and exterior), and current or future needs of the property maintenance.

· Answers questions and provides solutions for guests and homeowners regarding their home and Villages amenities.

· Maintains files and information on physical inspection of the home, owner contacts and conversations. Repairs service & warranty history or issues for each home.

· Coordinate repairs and service calls with contractors and owners.

· Performs organizational and computer activities ie. E-mail, work orders, calendar, customer file, etc.

· Attends periodic meetings and educational sessions.

· Assists in ongoing training of new team members.

In order to be qualified for this role, the following is required:

· H.S. graduate or GED.  Related experience in this field.

· Must have valid driver’s license with record acceptable to company standards.

· Must be professional and accommodating at all times.

 Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday

Pay Scale: $9.00 per hour
