The primary function of this position is to maintain the good working order of the facility. Position will conduct minor repairs and on-going regular maintenance. Highlight to management unnoticed and/or future maintenance issues in a proactive versus reactive manner whenever possible. The majority of the work assigned will be performed before or after normal hours of operation.

Essential Roles/Responsibilities as follows:

Possess a “core ideology” aligned attitude Be able to climb a ladder and repair fixtures/lights while on the ladder Coordinates with management all necessary maintenance issues in the facility requesting man power assistance or needed equipment Prioritizes and schedules the necessary work to complete each maintenance task Tracks work in progress…Maintains a log Coordinates with management to order needed parts (Lights, Seats, Etc.) Maintains a catalog of surplus parts Maintains a clean and organized parts closet Coordinates with Safety Manager to ensure that any safety related maintenance tasks are given top priority Maintains the wall and high ceiling lights throughout the facility Records needed high auditorium lights as well as exterior building lights for management (lights not replaced in-house) Replaces light bulbs as needed throughout the facility including Tivoli lighting  Maintains functionality of seats in auditoriums Be able to work with different personnel of various skill sets to fix problems which require multiple persons to successfully complete task Coordinates with theater management to schedule projects which will require extra personnel or extra time to complete during times which will be least disruptive to the flow of business Available to work additional hours/times to accommodate emergency repair needs Assists management with opening/closing the theater if necessary Be able to work alone on projects from start to finish Any other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by management

In order to be qualified for this role, the following is required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training. General or sub contactor background preferred. Thorough home/building repair knowledge required. Knowledge of safe use of hand and power tools required.
