In the Spirit of “Making Dreams Come True,” a Contracts Processor is responsible for the details and support in the final step of the purchase process which help our Representatives make dreams come true!  The Contracts Processor works with members of the Sales Department and customers in order to create, process, and distribute contracts with accuracy and speed. This candidate is eager to learn, enjoys going above and beyond, takes pride in attention to detail, and adapts to change with ease and positivity. This individual coordinates and communicates with all affiliated businesses and entities involved in the purchase process. They are courteous, professional, and enthusiastic in order to ensure that homebuyers have a positive experience. For many, this experience will create a lasting impression of The Villages. The Contracts department is a fun, fast-paced, and supportive office environment where every day brings unique and challenging opportunities. The Contracts Processor Position is full time and does require some weekends and overtime.


Educational / Experience Requirements:

Candidate must possess a High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years office experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, professional office environment where customer service, teamwork, and positive telephone skills were keys to success. Candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; prior experience working with AS400/ Iseries or other data base programs is a plus. Candidate must be proficient with math calculations and highly organized with an acute attention to detail. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where the work flow volume can change dramatically throughout the day; time management is paramount
