In the spirit of helpfulness, a Customer Service Representative meets with prospective customers both in person and over the phone to introduce the various services offered by Hometown Property Management and their benefits. Their excellent listening and question asking abilities allows them to better understand what’s important and relevant to the customer situation in order to explore solutions that best meet their personal needs and desires. Their exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enables them to build lasting and memorable customer relationships while networking with instrumental business partners and teammates to ensure ultimate success. Whether enrolling homes into the Residential Property Management Program, driving to someone’s home to determine rental readiness, helping someone care for their existing home with the Empty Nest Program or helping arrange the rental of homes to guests and prospective home buyers - they seek to give an unmatched level of customer service from start to finish. This position is an integral part of the property management team. 

This role requires someone who is self-motivated with strong social skills, a desire to serve in a customer service role with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively and work unsupervised. This position requires working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and must be able to confidently and effectively communicate with customers orally, in writing and electronically. The ability to work a flexible schedule and/or weekends is preferred.

 Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid driver’s license with record acceptable to company standards.
