Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this person will participate as a member of the Network Engineering team with the primary focus of the position being to implement and support networks for utilities and irrigation systems. The candidate may also be tasked with general network support and build-outs including security, routing, switching, wireless, and other network related duties.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain and manage Cambium 900 mhz wireless network and local field sites for utilities and irrigation systems. Includes troubleshooting, replacing hardware and new site installations. · Assist with network technologies including switches, routers and wireless equipment · Assist with video surveillance and video management systems. · Perform field work related to maintaining network IP cameras and infrastructure. · Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to tier 2/3 and or vendor. · Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. · Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. · Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Network Engineering.

 Educational Requirements:

· Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school · 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination, education and experience · Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks · Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected **This position is subject to the TSG Fleet Safety Program and its policies, as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business. Please refer to TSG Fleet Safety Program for the policies and procedures that this position is required to follow.

 Network +, CCNA R&S, CCNA Industrial (Preferred) or equivalent job experience.
