In the spirit of “making dreams come true”, a Guest Coordinator enthusiastically assesses, educates and encourages potential residents to sample The Villages lifestyle. As a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida, their wealth of knowledge, attention to detail, genuine care, strategic questioning, intuition, information gathering, and follow up provide the ultimate customer experience. This ‘front-line’ role ensures the customer receives a positive, inviting and helpful first interaction; creating lasting impressions. Relationship building and communication primarily take place over the phone, through email or chat services. All of these activities are hosted in a team focused, call-center environment. In addition, a Guest Coordinator assists future residents with their move using our Relocation Services. In this capacity they conduct in-person or over the phone presentations and work closely with relocation directors, real estate brokers and professional movers across the country in an effort to create a cost effective and worry free relocation to The Villages. This position is an integral part of the sales team.

 Educational Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid, active Florida real estate license.

 This position requires strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for The Villages and all it has to offer, a desire to serve in a customer support role, strong sales drive, and the ability to problem solve in order to handle a variety of variables. Must be able to confidently and effectively communicate with customers orally, in writing and electronically.  Computer and communication skills needed - along with the ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. Must be proficient in Outlook; functional in Excel and Word and navigating specific web sites.
