Part Time at Citizens First Bank

Provide receptionist and clerical support to Mortgage Department staff.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 1 Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel as needed 2 Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department 3 Take messages and deliver messages by email to appropriate personnel when they are unavailable 4 Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information 5 Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel 6 Schedule daily appointments for all Loan Officers in Office Tracker 7 Keeps process manual updated for each location 8 Responsible for lobby locations including locking doors, keeping lobby appearance neat and clean etc. 9 Responsible for ordering supplies 10 Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating 11 Position specific compliance and other trainings as required 12 Other duties as assigned

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8AM to 12PM

 Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent plus three to six months related experience and or training equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
