Full Time at Villages Media Management

This Representative will work in our Customer Service Department in our Spanish Springs office for the first 4 hours before proceeding to one of The Villages Town Square to operate the Daily Sun Kiosk Tent.
The Kiosk Sales Representative is responsible for subscription sales at vendor’s nights in The Villages town squares.  Representative is responsible for providing friendly customer service, handle public inquires in accordance with The Villages Daily Sun polices while providing good public relations.

This position does entail working in an outdoor environment. The employee will be exposed to prevalent weather conditions which may include high wind, heavy rains or and extreme temperatures. 

Successful candidate will need to perform the essential functions of the job: 

The top candidate for this position will deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face, handle and resolve subscriber complaints, set up new subscriber accounts, process payments & refunds, record details of inquiries, comments and complaints. 
Previous experience is a must. As a Customer Service Representative, you must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently but also be a team-oriented person who is open minded and willing to learn and who has the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment. It is also vital that you are articulate with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to easily establish rapport with customers. Possess strong data entry and strong phone skills.
 Must be able to lift and or move 50+ pounds & assemble and break down Kiosk. Employee will be required to provide their own vehicle to travel and transport Kiosk to and from town square locations. 
 

Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 10AM-9PM and Friday 7AM-5PM 


Compensation: Hourly rate plus commission
