Full Time at Villages Media Management

This position is a floater position between Kiosk and Customer Service, reporting to the Consumer Sales Manager. The Kiosk Attendant is responsible for friendly customer service and effectively handles public inquires and requests in accordance with the Villages Daily Sun policies while maintaining good public relations. Customer Service Representative handles the daily interactions with subscribers to resolve issues and process subscriptions. 

Successful candidate will need to perform the essential functions of the job: 

 Process and handle subscription orders 

 Ensures the public is greeted in a congenial manner paying particular attention to friendly, courteous service. Provides information and promote subscription services. 

 Must possess good interpersonal verbal and written communications and public relations skills. 

 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 

 Be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 

 Must be able to write simple correspondence with accurate grammar and spelling. 

 Operate a cash register, and multi-telephone line system. 

Schedule: Varies 

Compensation: Salary plus commission
