In the spirit of “Making Dreams Come True”, This position applies principles of accounting to manage and control accounts receivables and prepares various reports by performing the following duties.

 Essential Duties:

Daily data verification and settlement of credit card transactions. Daily preparation and data entry of journal entries. Daily processing of accounts receivable receipts. Act as telephone back-up for department secretary when necessary. Perform customer service ensuring satisfaction with company standards Monthly A/R billing and reconciliation. Monthly bank statement reconciliation. Daily downloading and uploading data from different software systems. Daily processing/filing customer applications, ACH requests, and complaints. Collections of A/R outstanding balances from customers. Daily spreadsheet application entry. Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).


High school diploma or GED. One to three months related experience.
