Full Time at The Villages Insurance

The call center customer service advisor will assist personal lines clients. Their general function will include answering client’s questions and assisting them with their insurance needs. Focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Talk to clients on the phone answering general insurance questions

Processing changes to clients policies with the ability to explain insurance coverage

Ability to assist in processing online payments

Research and respond to company underwriting memos

Generate endorsement requests and cancellation forms

Sagitta and Image Right entry with attention to detail. Accurate documentation of phone calls

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED. One to three months related experience and/or training.

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Must have a 4-40 license or a 2-20 license.
